We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant!
Salary: £10,400 – £11,700 pro-rata per annum
Hours: 25 hours a week (initially proposed for 5 hours per day Monday – Friday, but can be flexible)

iRed are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant for our fast growing technology-based company in Emsworth to improve customer relations and assist with general administration. The role provides a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly, energetic and technology-focused environment, and would appeal to those with a keen interest in emerging UAV (drone) technologies.
This position is being offered on a part-time basis, with the potential to progress to full-time available for the right candidate. The successful candidate will work alongside our marketing team to deliver excellent customer service, but will also be flexible enough to work with other members of staff on ad-hoc projects.
Tasks & Responsibilities
This role would suit someone with excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of basic IT software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) and an engaging telephone and written manner.
Specific responsibilities of the role involve:
- Establishing the needs and requirements for in-bound calls, emails and web-chat enquiries from existing and new customers in a professional manner.
- Supporting existing customers and providing excellent customer service to improve and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining and managing a CRM system to hold customer data (training will be provided).
- To assist with general administrative tasks such as preparing our training room and assisting with product shipping.
Experience with CRM systems a plus but not essential.
