The DJI M210 drone has been specifically designed for aerial inspection, acting as the perfect tool for enterprises looking to undertake aerial thermal imaging. The M200 Series drones fold down in a snap and unfold just as quickly, with gimbal mounting plates and aircraft arms that stay mounted during transportation so that you’re ready to fly within minutes.
The biggest appeal of the DJI M210 and DJI M210 RTK models is the ability to have multiple payload configurations, enabling pilots to successfully capture visual and thermal imagery at the same time. Not only does this boast incredible time-saving capabilities (for example solar farm surveys), it will allow engineers on the ground to swap feedback for a complete, real-time visual and thermal view of operations. At iRed, we recommend pairing the DJI Matrice 210 with the Zenmuse XT(R) radiometric thermal imaging camera and compatable Zenmuse visual camera to undertake a multitude of inspections including photovoltaic surveys, building inspections, powerline inspection, wind turbine inspections, offshore rig inspections and powerline inspections.
