About ELCAS Courses

iRed® is an approved and funded provider of resettlement courses for the armed forces. As a registered ELC provider, we provide a range of training for members of the armed forces interested in starting a new career in remote sensing.

The ELC (Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme) promotes lifelong learning amongst members of the Armed Forces. The scheme itself provides financial support in the form of a single up-front payment in each of a maximum of three separate financial years.

Currently, ELC funding is only available within the pursuit of higher level learning, and must therefore yield a nationally recognised qualification.

Notice

Only service accumulated since the 1st April 2000 may be counted as eligible service for the purpose of the ELC Scheme.

“Our ELCAS courses provide an invaluable opportunity for ex-forces members looking to start a new career as a remote inspector or drone operator.”

Steve Welland, iRed® Academy Training Manager
(Ex-Armed Forces)
