THERMAL CAMERA HIRE FAQs

Hiring thermal imaging cameras from iRed® couldn’t be simpler – just tell us which camera you want to hire, the dates you want it for and we’ll provide you with a competitive rate – including free delivery and return collection. Once the documents are signed and your insurances are verified, we’ll ship the camera to you for your first day of hire.

Nope! Whilst we would recommend that operators are trained to a Category 1 standard, this is not required for hiring.

If a thermal camera is damaged during use, then a claim will need to be made on your insurance. If the product is returned to us in a damaged state, then we will assess the repair costs and deduct this from the security deposit.

We don’t provide additional insurance with our camera hire, as we’ve found most people already have policies that cover hire-in equipment to a certain value. This way, we can pass these savings directly to you for your hire period.

Free delivery and collections are available on cameras hired for 3 days or more (unless otherwise specified).
