Compared to our standard building surveys, our housing stock surveys are designed for large quantities of buildings and housing stock. As such, they include bespoke reporting for large data sets, along with a more tailored approach for efficiently surveying your housing stock.

The amount of properties we can survey a day depends on the type of survey, building and location.

For projects in excess of 3,000 dwellings, we can externally survey up to 300 buildings a day. More comprehensive surveys (both inside and outside) will take longer, where we’d be looking to undertake 10-20 surveys a day.
